It is an excellent weight and quality coat for this Falls wet and windydays.The tag reads aS in Womens.Due to the measurements, you may find it will fit well if you are looking for a size Medium also, depending on how you like your coats to fit.The fabric is a crisp,medium weight, poly in a bright, irredentist blue with gold metallic accents.
