Your item is safely wrapped in white tissue and then placed inside a plastic bag that is then sealed. Our standard packing method is the use of "Poly Mailers" or flat rate mailers. On items over $100 insurance will always be included for your and our protection.ReturnsReturns are happily accepted for store credit when the following conditions are met:1) Buyer must contact us prior to return, and return must be postmarked back to us within 3 business days of the delivery date.2) Item to be returned in it's original condition and packaging. 3) The "Threads Corp" hangtag and any other tags are still be attached as delivered. 4) Buyer pays shipping both ways. Unless the return is due to an error on our part. In which case we will provide a return label and issue a full refund upon receipt of the return.
